Initial Schedule (Confirmed):

* Time window: 07:00 – 19:00
* 2 rotating shifts:
* 07:00 – 16:00
* 10:00 – 19:00
Future Schedule (TBC by Client):
* 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
* 2 rotating days off

* Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE): Fluent
* English: Fluent
Key Requirements (Mandatory)
NO RELOCATION – candidates must already be based in Portugal
* Paid campaign management experience (mandatory)
* Degree in Marketing or related field
* Proven experience in Digital Marketing
* Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company
* Strong familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
* Customer-service–oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation
* Base Salary paid over 14 months
* Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
* Welcome Bonus: €80 (paid over 11 months)
