Make an impact and drive improvement
In this role you will advise customers regarding processing orders, product shortages, expected delivery dates and price changes. You will play a key role in solving customer's queries and support our sales team to ensure efficient and flawless service.
This position offers the great opportunity to contribute to excelling our sales and business principles by working with our Customer Care Team located in Portugal and agreeing with a truly exciting team and colleagues from all over the world.
What you can look forward to in this role
* Being a first point of contact for the Customers, providing service and Customer experiences by responding to them via multiple channels (for example e-mail, phone, Sales Representatives).
* Call centre
* Processing and handling all types of purchase orders and related enquiries.
* Using all given company tools to provide excellent quality of service to Customers.
* Responding to order-related Customers' claims.
* Dealing with invoicing.
* Focusing on compliance in all financial transactions.
* Ensuring diligence in documentation.
What does it take to become our new team member?
* Experience in customer service
* Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable but not required.
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
* Able to work in a lively customer care international environment, maintaining a high level of productivity.
* Self-motivated, and able to follow best practices in sales processes.
* Proficient in ERP-systems (Microsoft preferred)
* Experience with CRM systems
* Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing in English and Greek
