Tracking implementation progress and reporting to management. Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication and realization. Responsible for Dashboard production specific to the activities of the Infrastructure Deployment & Support Department (Service Now).Technical Skills:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Solid knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure environments. Proven experience in Production Operation Steering. Strong understanding of IT Risk and Cyber Security. Ability to identify, assess, and perform follow-up on risks. Fluent in English.
