We are looking for a
Marketing Content & Digital Asset Manager
to lead the business-side management of a global Digital Asset Management platform (Bynder), ensuring marketing teams across brands and markets can efficiently store, access, and leverage high-quality digital assets.
This role sits within a
global marketing organization
and plays a key part in enabling teams to deliver consistent, high-impact campaigns while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
Asset Governance & Standards
Ensure all assets uploaded to the DAM are approved, properly tagged, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.
Develop and maintain metadata frameworks to improve asset discoverability and searchability.
Enforce the use of final, approved assets to ensure brand consistency across markets.
Monitor asset usage, rights windows, and expiry dates to reduce legal and compliance risks.
Processes & Operations
Continuously improve DAM workflows, governance processes, and best practices.
Maintain clear documentation, guidelines, and training materials for DAM users.
Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support for global users across marketing teams.
Support testing of new platform features and coordinate user acceptance testing.
Governance & Collaboration
Partner with marketing, legal, and brand teams to align asset management practices with business needs.
Work closely with technology teams and the DAM platform provider to support the platform roadmap.
Track usage, adoption, and asset performance, providing insights and reporting to stakeholders.
Perform regular asset and metadata audits to maintain data quality and ensure assets remain current.
What we're looking for
Experience working with
Digital Asset Management platforms
(Bynder, Adobe or similar).
Background working closely with
marketing or brand teams
.
Strong
project management and process improvement skills
.
Ability to create clear
communications, documentation, and training materials
.
Experience collaborating with
cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and technology
.
Advanced
Excel skills
.
Basic understanding of creative production tools such as
Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
.
