- Higher education in IT, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred);
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in the Information Technology sector;
- Solid knowledge of: Microsoft solutions (especially Microsoft 365 and infrastructure), ITSM, ESM, ITOM concepts, and automation, Software licensing models;
- Experience in selling services (Managed Services, Consulting, Support);
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into commercial proposals;
- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;
- Strong results- and goal-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Consultative approach with a strong client focus;
- Team player withthe ability to work with technical areas;

- Actively prospect new clients (SMB and Enterprise);
- Manage and develop theexisting client portfolio;
- Identify business needs and design tailored value propositions;
- Sell services and solutions in the areas of User Support (Endpoint & Productivity), On-Prem Infrastructure (Servers), Microsoft 365 (Tenant, Security, and Governance), IT Service Management / Enterprise Service Management, Workload Automation / Digital Business Automation, and IT Operations Management;
- Sell software licensing (Microsoft, BMC, ManageEngine);
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals and contracts;
- Negotiate and close opportunities;
- Collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams;
