Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Control specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. This position is responsible for supporting laboratory operations and quality management by maintaining efficient, organized, and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update quality management system (QMS) documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, and logs.
* Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), deviations, and change controls.
* Support internal and external audit preparation by organizing records and documentation.
* Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
* Coordinate training documentation and maintain training matrices for laboratory personnel.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field.
* Prior experience in administrative roles valued, preferably in a laboratory or quality assurance setting.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to communicate and understand English.
* Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
