In the role of Accountant you will be responsible fo accounting related topics for the local and/or international entities (under IFRS and local GAAP) with a substantial involvement in tax and treasury.ResponsibilitiesDaily tasks/ responsibilities.Ensure Group accounting policies are appliesEnsuring internal control procedures are applied (IcoFr framework);Participate to the efficieny and continuoius improvement of processes and tools;Monthly tasks/ responsibilitiesPerform monthly closing tasksProvide monthly package to our partners when applicableReview monthly package received from our partners when applicableQuarterly tasks/ responsibilities.Analyze Balance sheet at consolidation level, IFRS and Directional reportingParticipation in the contract analysis, and all related legal documents (Shareholders Agreement, service agreement and ...)Provide audit package and liaise with external auditors.Ad hoc requests from Accounting Lead/Manager.Prepare Tax package for Group in cooperation with Tax ManagerLiaise with partners to obtain accurate data when applicable.Semi-Annual Annual tasks/ responsibilities.Participation in the Tax reporting.Prepare financial statements for Sentities under your scope including audit and filing.Support partners with their financial statements.Ad hoc audit missions if neededif yoiu have:Business School or financial & accounting related degreeExperience: Minimum 2 years.
