Job Title: Service Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the operation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services.
About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring effective project management, strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operations of cybersecurity services to ensure seamless delivery.
* Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage technical and operational projects from inception to completion.
* Maintain open communication channels with clients and stakeholders through regular updates and progress reports.
* Ensure adherence to established SLAs and KPIs to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
* Technical expertise in MS Windows Server and Unix.
* Strong skills in MS Office and MS Project.
* Solid understanding of IPv4 and IPv6.
* Proficiency in DNS.
* ITIL Foundation certification (or advanced level) is an asset.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
* A results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
