What you'll do: We seek a highly motivated Software Engineer with a backend focus to join our team dedicated to shaping the future of generative AI capabilities in SAP BTP.
Your responsibilities include: Developing innovative solutions to ensure stable, scalable AI-based cloud services.Making critical architecture design decisions for the backend.Collaborating with diverse teams to improve processes through backend development of AI applications.Adopting a problem-solving attitude to overcome obstacles.Learning new technologies and practices in generative AI, LLMs, and AI-augmented development.What you bring: If you have the necessary skills, experience, and passion, we look forward to your contribution to our team.
Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, with at least 3 years of software development experience.Experience building scalable, resilient distributed systems using cloud technologies such as SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, or GCP.Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker.Knowledge of programming languages like Java, TypeScript, or Python.Understanding of Clean Code, SOLID Principles, and TDD.Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and design.Experience with modern web APIs and data formats like REST, oData, or GraphQL.Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.Continuous learner with an interest in AI and software development trends.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Meet your team: Our BTP AI team supports and delivers AI solutions within the platform, leveraging the latest AI advancements to add value for users and partners.
