Delivery Manager (Innovation Projects) – Hybrid Porto Portugal (2–3 days/week office) We are looking for a highly driven Delivery Manager to join a newly created IT4IT area within a leading international organization in the financial services sector. This role is focused on innovation, transformation, and special strategic initiatives across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate is someone proactive, hands‐on, and execution‐oriented, capable of driving initiatives forward in fast‐paced and evolving environments. You will play a central role in connecting teams, accelerating delivery, and ensuring strategic priorities move from concept to execution. Project & Context The IT4IT area has been created to support innovation, operational transformation, and cross‐functional strategic projects across the organization. The Delivery Manager will work transversally across several initiatives, coordinating multiple teams, managing delivery roadmaps, and ensuring execution milestones are achieved. This is not a purely governance‐focused role – the client is looking for someone highly dynamic, capable of identifying blockers early, pushing initiatives forward, and creating momentum across different stakeholders and technical teams. What We're Looking For (Required) Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role Strong experience managing cross‐functional projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously Ability to coordinate several teams and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables Strong experience with project planning, roadmap management, and execution follow‐up Hands‐on and proactive mindset with strong problem‐solving capabilities Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and fast‐paced environments Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience working in transformation, innovation, or strategic IT programs Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) Fluency in English Nice to Have (Preferred) Experience in financial services or regulated environments Exposure to innovation programs, emerging technologies, or AI‐driven initiatives Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise transformation initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
