Main tasks & responsibilities:
Managing reservations online, by email, or by phone.Welcoming and assisting guests with their requests: tours, restaurants, car rentals, etc. Individual and group clients, with the goal of maximizing the hotel's occupancy.Guest check-in and check-out, administrative processing of course, but above all, welcoming and welcoming guests successfully, striving for maximum satisfaction.Service of drinks during the afternoon and the evening.Cleanliness is an essential element of a hotel's success: the receptionist ensures this through daily checks of rooms and regular inspections of common areas.Maintain the infrastructure at the highest level.
Administrative tasks.Organisation:
16 hours per week, 2 days per week, from 12h30 to 21h.Possible extra-hours.
Seasonal contract from April to October.Profile:
