Job Responsibilities
Construction:
* Define in conjunction with the Production Director the technical, financial and human strategy
* Promote alignment and partnership between the various teams under their responsibility, as well as leverage opportunities to develop business with other companies within their area/region
* Monitor the various phases of project implementation, ensuring client satisfaction, managing any complaints and additions and safeguarding the interests of the Company
* Analyse the construction project, proceeding to the study of alternatives/building solutions and propose industrialisation solutions to clients as a technical solution to the project, allowing a reduction of construction schedules through well-defined and automated processes enabling greater quality control and traceability
* To ensure the optimization of work processes, with the teams, as well as the transmission of best practices and homogenization of processes
* Proceed to the permanent articulation with the Owner, regarding the fulfillment of the contract, suggesting and negotiating, eventual alterations to the project and/or the work plan and to the execution processes defined
* Ensure the completion and economic profitability of the projects
* Ensure the implementation of the environment, quality and safety plans in accordance with the legal and internal standards in force
When in Real Estate:
* Searching and developing commercial opportunities
* Development of economic, technical and financial feasibility studies, based on the definition of the surrounding market and strategic positioning of the Group
* Hiring and coordination of all teams involved in the design, promotion, execution and marketing processes of each real estate development or management project
* Control and reporting of costs and income for each project
* Interaction with all public and private entities in order to ensure the Licensing and operation of each development
* Based on the policies established by the company and the legal and contractual requirements, define, implement and monitor the projects, in the Quality, Environment and Safety aspects

3. Management Professional Experience (in years): 1 to 3 years
