Location: Remote from mainland Portugal Start Date: May 15, 2025 Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period)ResponsibilitiesAssist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding rental servicesResolve inquiries related to reservations, billing, and policiesProvide outstanding customer support and ensure customer satisfactionWorking Hours 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, following rotational shift pattern distributed in the following hours:Monday to Friday: rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 08:00 PMSaturday: 08:00 AM 04:00 PMSunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PMTwo rotational days off per weekRequired DocumentsEU ID or Residence Card for PortugalQualificationsFluency in German (C2 level or above), written and spokenGood command of English (B2 level or above), written and spokenPrevious experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatoryStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficientlyBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyAvailability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidaysMust be based in mainland Portugal - anywhere apart from Lisbon Metropolitan area (no relocation assistance is provided for this role).
