We are looking for Junior and Mid profiles to strengthen aCloud Operationsteam for an international client, joining an operational regime that includes preventative measures and on-call duties to ensure the stability and continuity of Cloud services.
Requirements:
Junior or Mid profile in Cloud Operations/Infrastructure;
Availability for on-call/prevention duties;
Experience or knowledge of IAS (Infrastructure as a Service);
Experience with Virtual Machines (administration and maintenance);
Knowledge of Windows System Administration;
Knowledge of Unix/Linux System Administration;
Knowledge of SQL Databases (operational level / DBA);
Experience with Active Directory / AD Connect;
Knowledge of Network Cloud Administration;
Experience with security tools (e.g., Trend Micro);
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Sense of responsibility and operational commitment;
Ability to work in a team and in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
Operation, administration, and maintenance of cloud environments;
Monitoring systems and responding to critical incidents;
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks;
Technical support in an operational context;
Collaborating with international teams in English;
Compliance with procedures and SLAs defined by the customer.
