You guide the team, safeguard standards, enhance process at location, and ensure the experience delivered to guests reflects the level of care and precision Neptune stands for. This role suits someone who takes pride in running spaces that work — for the team, for the guests, and for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Location Performance
* Oversee overall operations and ensure the cafe operates at top-level
* Track & control key performance metrics: incom, costs, inventory level
* Identify & implement opportunities to improve efficiency & achieve financial plans
Team Leadership
* Provide clear feedback & address performance issues promptly
* Maintain a stable, motivated, and professional team environment
Guest Experience
* Ensure service reflects Neptune standards of warmth and professionalism
* Monitor guest feedback & satisfaction
* Identify recurring issues and implement improvements
Operations & Standards
* Maintain compliance procedures, documents, licenses
* Manage supplier relationships & oversee purchases
* Guarantee financial discipline in project
* Update bar menus
* Align reservations for special events or requests
* Ensure organisation standards across the space
