Job Title: Project Management Operations Coordinator
Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills? We are seeking a Project Management Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support for project management activities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide backup support for colleagues during leave or absence periods.
* Ensure timely provision of necessary files for project activities.
* Develop and maintain accurate KPI reports.
* Effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
* Assist in change management initiatives across departments.
* Administer and update the company's Office SharePoint platform.
* Coordinate committee meetings with departments and stakeholders, preparing materials and monitoring actions taken.
* Contribute to the development of group procedures, drafting and updating as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum one year of experience in PMO activities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to document processes and controls efficiently.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong facilitation skills for meetings, seminars, committees, and training sessions.
* Good level of English language proficiency.
