What will you do?
• Implement store strategy and achieve established sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, delivering an experience aligned with Lottusse's values.
• Maintain store image, presentation, and cleanliness according to brand standards.
• Oversee organization and management of products, inventory, and replenishment.
• Manage the cash register, security operations, and store-related administrative processes.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
• Supervise and coordinate digital channels related to the store, including online sales and marketplace presence.
Minimum Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail, preferably in fashion or footwear.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office tools for data analysis and management.
• Languages: advanced portuguese and english (spoken and written).
• Strong skills in creativity, innovation, and organization.
• Proactive professional with solid analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Passion for footwear and fashion, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
