Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Help customers with product information, order issues, and technical support.
3. Solve problems and escalate complex issues to the right team.
4. Provide clear and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Record customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
1. Fluency in German (C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level or higher).
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
4. No prior experience required – open to beginners.
5. Must be available to work on-site in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
1. Monday to Sunday: 24/7 (rotational shifts, including night shifts).
