About the role
As an
Insulation Advisor
, you guide homeowners from first conversation to a clear proposal.
Appointments are scheduled for you by our customer service team. You visit homeowners using your own vehicle, assess the home, explain insulation options and help clients make an informed decision.
You balance
honest advice with commercial awareness
— recommending solutions that make sense technically and financially.
After your visits, you capture key information in our CRM system, prepare a proposal and follow up with the homeowner. Once accepted, you hand over the project to our execution team.
This role involves responsibility for
both advice and outcome
, without high-pressure sales tactics.
Hybrid working model
This is a hybrid role:
* On-site visits at homeowners
* Office work for coordination and support
* Remote work for reporting, CRM updates and proposal preparation
You plan and manage your own day within a clear structure.
Training & learning
We train our advisors step by step to become confident in both
insulation knowledge and customer conversations

* Training duration depends on your starting level
* You will not be sent to customers unprepared
* Ongoing coaching and development
No technical background is required — communication skills, commercial feeling and willingness to learn are key.
Compensation
* Fixed base salary
* Structured performance-based bonus
The
total monthly compensation (base salary + bonus combined)
typically ranges between
€1,250 and €2,250
, depending on performance and experience.
The bonus reflects:
* Accepted proposals
* Quality of advice and follow-up
* Professional handling of customer expectations
Mileage reimbursement:
€0.25 per km
Requirements
* Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
* Basic English (spoken and written)
* Valid driving licence
* Own vehicle (car, motorcycle or scooter)
* Comfortable speaking with homeowners and managing conversations
Nice to have
* Experience in construction, real estate or advisory sales
* A natural commercial mindset combined with integrity
* Ability to guide clients towards a decision without pressure
Construction or insulation experience is
not required
