Productivity Engineer Opportunity

This role involves pioneering technology for mobility experiences that matter to people. As a Productivity Engineer, you will lead the deployment of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and contribute to reducing lead time through continuous flow implementation.
* Provide FES expertise at the plant level, collaborating with departments to create impactful FES deployment plans.
* Ensure production system deployment, supporting standardized work, OHP development, and leading FES training sessions.
* Contribute to lean process design from the design stage and submit good practices.
You will be responsible for reducing gaps to benchmark for plant operations, contributing to MOD, MFC, Scrap/Yield improvement initiatives, and managing action plans to close gaps to DLE max.
* Act as a change agent within the plant, cultivating a FES mindset rooted in Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
* Promote FES X.0 through effective communication, pulling teams into the journey of continuous improvement.
Your Profile and Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in manufacturing operations.
* Minimum 1 year of working experience within a production environment.
* Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPIs within a plant using FES principles.
