Marketing & Social Media Coordinator BOA Hotels is an international hospitality group headquartered in Porto, with properties across the Douro Valley and Greece. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our HQ team and help bring our brands to life across social media, content, influencers, and paid campaigns. What You Will Do - Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok channels across BOA Hotels and its sub-brands - Plan and manage monthly content calendars - Publish content, write captions, and monitor engagement - Content & Design - Create posts, story sets, reel covers, paid ad visuals, and digital materials - Ensure all communication stays aligned with each brand's identity and tone - Paid Social Support - Support the planning and management of paid campaigns across Meta and other platforms - Assist with campaigns related to awareness, bookings, events, offers, and recruitment - Track and report campaign performance - Influencer & Creator Coordination - Identify relevant creators and influencers - Coordinate outreach, visits, stays, and deliverables - Build and maintain a network of future collaborators - Photo & Video Capture - Capture photo and video content during events, activations, and guest experiences - Brief external creatives and photographers when needed - Coordination & Reporting - Work closely with Sales, Operations, PR, and property teams - Keep files and content organized - Prepare simple monthly performance reports Must-Have Skills - Experience managing social media for a brand - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Content planning and calendar management - Independent content creation - Strong English communication skills - Canva / Adobe Express - Photoshop / Illustrator - Familiarity with AI tools - Strong attention to brand consistency and tone - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Nice to Have - Meta Ads Manager experience - Basic photography and video skills - Influencer management experience - Hospitality, travel, F&B, or events background - Portuguese language skills - Reporting and analytical skills How to Apply - Send your CV, social media profiles, and a short note on why this role feels like the right fit for you to
