About the Role
Join a leading bank’s strategic initiative to transform the WealthManagement Core Banking platform. We are expanding our IT team andseeking a TRANSACT Product RTB L1/L2 Specialist with TemenosTransact (T24) experience to ensure smooth day-to-day productionsupport, incident resolution, problem management, and continuous serviceimprovement.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strongunderstanding of core banking operations, excellent troubleshootingskills, and hands-on experience with L1/L2 support in abanking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Close of Business Process: Overseeand manage Transact production environment operations,ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) andresolving any errors or system issues.
L1 Support: Monitor, respond to,and resolve user queries and minor technical issues, perform first-linediagnosis, document common issues, and maintain a knowledgebase.
L2 Support: Analyze, troubleshoot,and resolve application issues, collaborate with L3 teams,Temenos, and interface teams, perform root cause analysis,and manage patches, upgrades, batch processing, and reconciliations.
Incident & Service Management:Efficiently resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to ITapplications, ensuring alignment with business needs and ITIL bestpractices.
Technical & Business Collaboration:Work closely with Operations, Business Technology, and Infrastructureteams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance.
Process Optimization & Automation:Identify and implement automation tools to streamline supportprocesses and improve customer experience.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:Contribute to the Knowledge Base by creating FAQs,How-To guides, and technical documentation.
Support for Implementations & Upgrades:Serve as a technical reference during software rollouts,branch openings, and system upgrades, providing on-site analysiswhen needed.
Required Technical Skills
? Temenos Transact (T24) L1/L2Support Experience
? Expertise in Retail Banking(Arrangement Architecture, Accounts, Deposits & Loans), TreasuryOperations, Wealth Management, Securities & Corporate Actions, Payments(TPH), and Financial Accounting
? Strong knowledge of Banking Operations,Production Support, and Incident Management
? Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linuxshell scripting, and log analysis
? Familiarity with Banking APIs,Middleware, and Interfaces (SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS)
? Experience with Temenos Transactcore logs, Scheduler Agent, Interaction Framework, TAFC/TAJF, and SecurityManager
? Hands-on experience with TicketingSystems (ServiceNow, JIRA) and Monitoring Tools
? Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CDpipelines, version control, and Kubernetes
? Understanding of ITIL Framework andbest practices
