Job Description
As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for the strategy, structure, and execution of quality assurance across the Customer Experience Platforms (CXP) delivery portfolio. Leading a team of QA engineers and managers, you will define and govern quality standards, establish scalable test practices, and ensure that all delivery streams meet defined quality, security, and performance benchmarks. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of quality assurance within the organization, driving innovation, and maintaining high standards across all projects.
In your new role you will:
Define and roll out the CXP-wide QA strategy, standards, and policies across all types of testing and delivery streams
Lead, grow, and mentor a distributed QA function, managing managers and engineers across domains, while promoting a culture of quality, continuous learning, and innovation in testing practices
Allocate QA capacity across initiatives, ensuring the right mix of skills, seniority, and domain knowledge
Define and oversee frameworks for test planning, automation, performance testing, and risk-based QA in close collaboration with the Test Automation Lead
Ensure Quality is embedded in all delivery phases with clearly defined roles, test gates, and escalation protocols
Facilitate the QA community of practice, ensuring consistency of approaches and peer learning across teams
Your Profile
You partner with technology, product, and operations leaders to embed quality into every phase of the delivery lifecycle, while driving automation, continuous improvement, and maturity of QA capabilities.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Demonstrated experience as a QA/Test Lead in complex digital transformation or enterprise-level software projects, showcasing your ability to handle large-scale initiatives
Defined and implemented a new test strategy (or parts of it) including all aspects (documentation, communication, training) over all parties involved
Strong capabilities in test governance, planning, and team leadership, effectively guiding teams to achieve high-quality outcomes
Expertise in Agile delivery and full project lifecycle management, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes throughout all stages
Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing QA teams within fast-paced environments, fostering growth and excellence
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective collaboration
Proficiency in test tooling and defect management, utilizing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
Experience in performance and load testing to ensure system reliability and scalability
