A Snapshot of Your Day
The day starts with the Site Project Manager for Yard and Offshore reviewing emails and the project schedule before conducting a walk-around assessment on-site. A morning briefing with the team addresses objectives, safety protocols, and ongoing issues, emphasizing the Zero Harm/Tolerance Culture. Progress is supervised through task reviews and meetings with team leads to tackle any challenges, while a client meeting offers updates on project status and addresses concerns..
After lunch, financial reviews analyze cost reports and discuss risk mitigation strategies with the finance team. Site inspections ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and engaging with workers promotes safety practices. Daily progress reports document updates on safety, schedule, and finances.
