Job Description
As a Senior Specialist CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions in the CRM domain. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our CRM system meets business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and formulate solution proposals
* Support solution architecture design in CRM projects, including creating architecture diagrams, data models, and documentation
* Be responsible for design integration architecture using middleware or APIs for all integration scenarios
* Contribute to projects as subject matter expert and perform a business analyst role when necessary
Requirements
* A Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related fields
* Minimum 5 years of CRM solution implementation with at least 3 years of architecture design experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep pace with business offering, technical innovation, and market-driven initiatives
