Overview
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance company will be:
* You will be receiving telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
* Identifying issues and provide solutions
* Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project

* A native level of French and an advanced level of English
* Interest for customer relationship and solving issue

* Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
* Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)
What’s in it for you?
* Full-time 6 months fixed-term contract
* 39h/week, Monday to Friday on rotative shifts (08:30 to 17:00)
* Salary: 890€/ gross per 14 months + 100€/month performance bonus + 60€/month complexity bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€/work day
* If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 1 year of accommodation in shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
