Service Office Position
This role involves managing service orders, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and technicians, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the entire service order process, from initiation to completion.
* Maintain relationships with manufacturers, carriers, and technicians to ensure efficient delivery and collection of goods.
* Prepare and send proposals to clients, following up on the status of each project until its successful conclusion.
* Procure necessary parts for repairs via contracts or technician requests.
* Conduct regular stock checks and make adjustments as needed.
* Create and update client and supplier records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Develop and implement monthly maintenance plans for each technician.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or bachelor's degree, with a strong interest in administrative work.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
* Familiarity with SAP systems.
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
* Basic knowledge of English or Spanish.
