Technical Lead – .NET Ecosystem (m/f/d)

Your new role
As a .NET Technical Lead, you will take ownership of guiding a development team through complex web and API projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, aligning deliverables with the project *roadmap*, and fostering collaboration across functional and technical teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll actively contribute to coding, architecture decisions, and DevOps integration, while also facilitating agile ceremonies and acting as a bridge between development and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of *developers*, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Oversee code quality through structured review processes and best practices
Drive the adoption of modern technologies and architectural improvements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business logic
Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs (.NET 8, MongoDB) and legacy systems (WCF/XML)
Ensure smooth integration with external systems via REST/JSON and SOAP WebServices
Support the development of modern web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to Scrum Master responsibilities
Monitor team performance and assign tasks based on individual technical strengths
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role
Strong background in C# and .NET *Framework* (4.7 and .NET 8)
Experience with ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, MongoDB, and Angular
Familiarity with DevOps tools and pipeline management (Azure, Octopus)
Ability to manage legacy systems and modernize architecture
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Excellent communication and coordination skills
