Responsibilities and Qualifications
You’ll bridge business and technology, supporting actuarial teams and end users while ensuring systems meet risk, data, and reporting needs.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking, insurance, or actuarial sectors
* Skilled in requirements analysis, testing, and incident management
* Experience designing and executing test cases and managing support requests
* Proficient in Excel (with VBA) and SQL
* Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow for tracking and documentation
* Knowledge of ITIL 4 best practices
* Fluent in English and French (both mandatory)
