We are looking for a Delivery Partner to join our business unit and play a key role in ensuring the successful matching of client needs with the right talent.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, from understanding client requirements to coordinating candidate placements and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and consultants.
The Delivery Partner acts as a bridge between sales, recruitment, clients, and consultants, ensuring high service quality, efficient delivery, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Client & Delivery Management Manage and prioritize client requests for specific profiles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to fully understand client needs, project requirements, and business priorities.
Act as a trusted partner for clients, maintaining regular communication and ensuring service excellence throughout the engagement.
Talent Pipeline & Recruitment Coordination Manage and continuously develop a qualified talent pipeline, using both internal resources and external recruitment channels.
Source, identify, and interview candidates, assessing technical and soft skills alignment with client requirements.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, supporting them throughout the interview and selection process.
Placement & Onboarding Coordinate the placement lifecycle, including interview scheduling, feedback collection and support during offer and onboarding phases.
Ensure smooth transitions for consultants joining client projects, aligning expectations on all sides.
Consultant Management Maintain ongoing communication with consultants during their assignments, supporting engagement, motivation, and retention.
Ensure contract compliance and manage replacements or transitions when necessary.
Operational & Performance Management Keep detailed and up-to-date records of candidates, placements, and delivery activities.
Provide regular reporting to management on delivery status, pipeline health, and performance indicators.
Contribute to the optimization of delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Profile Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Previous experience in delivery, recruitment, staffing, or consulting environments (preferably in technology); Good understanding of IT and technology roles; Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Fluency in English (French is a plus); Proactive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
