Your Profile
1. Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.
2. Proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
3. Possess outstanding communication skills.
4. Keen to learn.
5. (Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Address the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
2. Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via e-mail, chat, and social media channels.
3. Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
4. Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
Temporary, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of one year; opportunity for a permanent contract after two years.
