Percassi Group is an entrepreneurial organization that proactively identifies emerging market trends. Its Retail division develops and manages iconic brands, offering a diverse portfolio of products: Nike, Jordan, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, LEGO, Garmin, Oakley, Womo, Bullfrog, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Starbucks, and Kiko Milano.

As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will optimize sales results with specific ownership for customer experience on the sales floor. You will drive results by developing and executing short-term action plans and long-term strategies.

You will deliver a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth:

* Foster a customer-centric culture, focusing on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
* Play a pivotal role in sales leadership, responsible for total store results
* Owning the customer experience throughout the entire store
* Maximize sales potential by spending 80% of scheduled time on the sales floor
* Demonstrate excellent customer sales lead behaviors while owning 10-12 segments per week
* Own Best at Bras with a focus on current selling strategies
* Support, model, and enhance all selling and sales support behaviors to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Analyze customer experience reports and insights, mobilizing the team accordingly
* Promote ownership and accountability for category management
* Understand, adhere to, and reinforce brand standards
* Ensure payroll is managed daily by punch guarding and executing flex worksheet
* Support optimization of the labor schedule by ensuring appropriate associate skills and availability
* Gain business insight and create SMART action plans that improve execution and results in partnership with category managers
* Ensure compelling visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards are achieved and maintained
* Lead strategic planning of brand guide with category managers and partner with brand delivery team to ensure high-level execution of visual merchandising strategies
* Champion execution of Emerging Concepts in accordance with brand guidelines
* Drive customer loyalty through current brand strategies, including credit and customer relationship marketing
* Conduct CSL and associate observations, providing feedback and coaching
* Manage and resolve customer relations issues
* Partner with sales leadership team to identify and resolve all maintenance and housekeeping issues
* Reinforce all activities related to providing a safe working environment
* Support development and implementation of store strategy to reduce shrink
* Create an awareness of and build capabilities in loss prevention by fostering a culture of honesty and connecting the links between customer service, associate engagement, and shrink
