We are looking for a talented and dedicated Machine Learning Ops Engineer to support and accelerate AI adoption at TUI.
You will develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
As a Machine Learning Ops Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team that enables AI engineering skills and capabilities across TUI Group, aligning with TUI's AI strategy.
You will contribute to projects that explore new ways of delivering value, solving complex business challenges, and meeting evolving customer needs.
You will help bring prototypes to life on our platforms and support their transition into production by establishing robust operational guardrails.
You will monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI models and collaborate with engineering colleagues on AI-related tasks to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
You can articulate your thoughts and ideas and take the initiative to translate them into outcomes.
You will participate in Communities of Practice and collaborate on shared initiatives to grow your experience.
You must thrive in an international, multi-cultural team, consistently driving for technical excellence.

ABOUT YOU
Experience in productionizing and using various AI models and algorithms.
Experience in deploying AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines, API development and containers.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Understanding of machine learning/AI frameworks and libraries.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with monitoring and log collection systems (e.g. DataDog).
Some experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g. Bedrock, Langchain, LangGraph).
Customer-focused engineer with a passion for crafting high-quality digital products, continuous improvement, and effective team collaboration.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with an understanding of the social, legal, and ethical impact of AI technologies.
