Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing key customer accounts, and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a structured sales strategy for ingredients trading
* Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities
* Manage key customer accounts in the food, pharma, nutraceutical, and beverage sectors
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging trends
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
* Support sourcing of new/customized ingredients
* Collaborate internally to deliver tailored product solutions to clients
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
* Provide coaching and training to align team efforts with company objectives
* Analyse sales data to support strategy and decision-making
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Trade, or related field
* Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience
* Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently exceeding targets
* Fluent in English; other European languages (especially French) are a plus
* Industry experience in supplements, superfoods, or organic ingredients is highly valued
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary: €35,000–€40,000 (gross)
