You will be part of our Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective continuity strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement policies, frameworks, methods, and tools to manage continuity and resilience.
* Create and update continuity plans in line with organizational requirements.
* Coordinate the maintenance of continuity plans, describing recovery solutions for various disaster scenarios.
* Support asset managers in outlining recovery options for different disaster scenarios.
* Enhance the quality of continuity plans to meet all organizational continuity demands.
* Organize and coordinate continuity exercises to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of recovery solutions.
* Follow up on the execution of disaster recovery exercises from planning to post-exercise phases.
* Gather and monitor evidence of continuity exercise performance by following asset managers.
* Verify consistency in exercise reports.
* Report on continuity and resilience.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of continuity plans, procedures, and incident reports.
* Deliver training and awareness programs to stakeholders.
* Suggest improvements in business-as-usual processes.
* Propose enhancements in continuity processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, etc.).
* Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Autonomous, organized, and results-driven individual with attention to detail.
* Dynamic and proactive, taking the initiative to mitigate risks and prevent issues.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of negotiating with sponsors and achieving agreements.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Strong work ethic and high motivation levels.
* Fluency in English (read, spoken, written - C2 level minimum).
