We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Consultant to support the implementation of Time Off and Time Tracking solutions across multiple countries.
The role involves providing both functional and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from the design phase of the new time solution through to deployment and go-live. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring a smooth integration and successful global rollout of the EC Time solution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide functional and technical support for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time (EC Time) .
* Lead and contribute to the design and build phases of Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
* Support global implementations across multiple countries, considering local time management requirements.
* Ensure seamless integration and deployment of the new EC Time solution.
* Produce detailed documentation of system configurations, settings, and design decisions.
* Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Assist with validation and go-live support to ensure solution stability and quality.
Objectives & Deliverables:
* Successful global implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors EC Time solution.
* High-quality functional and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
* Well-designed and fully built EC Time solution aligned with business requirements.
* Complete and accurate system documentation.
* Validated and tested solution ready for deployment.
