Job Description
1. Lead the deployment of Solar and EV charging infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle, optimizing the performance and reliability of our network.
3. Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring service-level agreements are met.
4. Manage relationships with utilities, municipalities, and landlords.
5. Implement best-in-class operations and maintenance strategies to maximize uptime and efficiency.
6. Define CAPEX and OPEX strategies, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
7. Work closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and business development teams.
8. Ensure compliance with operating systems, HSE guidelines, and sustainability standards.
9. Set up, drive, and monitor SCM performance in key KPIs, conducting regular benchmarking against industry standards.
10. Provide strategic oversight for the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
11. Manage the allocation of resources across multiple projects, optimising efficiency and ensuring the successful completion of each project.
The Successful Applicant
1. 5+ years experience in infrastructure deployment, asset management, or operations within energy, utilities or mobility sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of Solar or EV charging, grid connection, and energy infrastructure projects.
3. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
4. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
5. Ability to travel as needed across Portugal.
