About the Role
The Client Service Associate acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience through prompt and professional support. This role involves handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth and retention.
Reporting line: Client Services Team Leader
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
1. Manage client inquiries via different channels: email, live chat, and phone calls within set SLAs and KPIs
2. Provide excellent customer support by identifying customers' needs and solving tasks with an individual approach
3. Liaise with internal teams to find solutions to more complex inquiries
4. Navigate inquiries to the relevant departments when necessary
5. Maintain a sound knowledge of our product and industry
6. Maintain a positive image of our company
7. Contribute towards various side projects and tasks such as FAQ upkeep and internal documentation
8. Regularly communicate feedback and suggestions with your line manager
Qualifications
9. Financial markets and industry knowledge
10. Previous experience in a brokerage/investment company
11. Fluency in written and spoken English at a professional level
12. Strong client-focus service skills
13. Understanding of basic technical principles
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
15. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
16. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
17. Ability to multitask effectively
18. Comfortable with working shifts
19. Previous experience with tools like Intercom, Atlassian.
