Technical Sales Account Manager
First Point Group is recruiting for a
Technical Sales Account Manager with a presales / solution engineering / solution architecture background in relation to BSS Architectures (specifically SaaS API Integrations and configurations).
This is an exciting opportunity for a technical adept Account Manager that enjoys a blend of technical discussions,
account management (70%)
and
new business development (30%)
.
It is essential that you have the technical depth to lead meaningful, consultative conversations with C-level stakeholders and the successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience working in companies providing
B2B SaaS-based software solutions
for Enterprise companies.
This is
100% remote working
and a chance to work with an international provider of complex software solutions to some of the world's leading companies across different industry verticals. The key accounts that you will manage include companies based in America, meaning you must be OK working flexible hours and against
American timezone.

THE OPPORTUNITY
70% farming -
this is a
customer-focused Key Account Manager position
, you will be introduced to existing strategic accounts and be responsible for developing and expanding business within these accounts.
30% hunting -
this role may evolve with an increase in hunting activity as the account base matures and new opportunities are identified.
You will work with
Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operators
and enterprise customers across different industry verticals, managing long-term relationships, driving adoption of SaaS solutions, and identifying expansion opportunities across products, regions, and use cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage a portfolio of
strategic international key accounts
, with an initial focus on
account growth, retention, and expansion
Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, building trusted, long-term relationships
Drive
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
across software modules, features, and services
Manage
complex enterprise stakeholders
, including technical, commercial, and executive decision-makers
Coordinate internally with
pre-sales, product, delivery, and support teams
to ensure successful customer outcomes
Lead
renewals and commercial negotiations
, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and recurring revenue growth
Identify and develop
new business opportunities within existing customers
, transitioning into light hunting over time
Work effectively across
multiple time zones
, including regular interaction with
US-based customers
Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning in CRM systems
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience as a
Key Account Manager / Account Manager / Customer Success–led commercial role
within:
SaaS / Telco software / OSS / BSS / network intelligence / analytics platforms
Strong background in
farming existing enterprise accounts
, with demonstrable growth and retention success
Experience managing
international customers
; exposure to
US and/or APAC accounts
is highly desirable
Comfortable working
flexible hours
to support customers in
American time zones
Experience selling
complex, high-value software solutions
with long sales cycles
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management capability
Ability to operate in a

Commercial & Technical Sales Support Coordinator
Position: Office-Based
Reporting to: Group CEO
The Role
Aluline Group is evolving from a traditional manufacturing and drainage company into a digital smart company, combining engineering, environmental compliance, service operations, and proprietary software.
Following our ISCC certification and the implementation of our new service and waste-tracking software, we are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy and commercially aware individual to support our quotations, customer enquiries, project coordination, and digital operations.
This role will act as a central point of control for commercial information, ensuring that enquiries are logged, quotations are prepared accurately, supplier information is checked, and customer follow-ups are managed in a structured and professional way.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, detail, Excel, software, and working in a fast-moving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Log and monitor all incoming customer enquiries and quotation requests.
Ensure enquiries are followed up within company timeframes.
Prepare draft quotations using price lists, catalogues, supplier information, and internal procedures.
Check that all quotation information is complete and accurate.
Help maintain a clear record of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and customer communication.
Commercial Support & Quotation Coordination
Assist with reviewing product requirements, drawings, specifications, and supplier catalogues.
Support the preparation of quotes for grease traps, drainage systems, separators, tanks, and related environmental equipment.
Help identify whether Aluline-manufactured products or approved supplier products are suitable for each enquiry.
Maintain organised records of product data, price lists, technical drawings, and supplier documentation.
Digital Systems & Data Management
Use company software, CRM tools, Excel, and digital systems to track enquiries, quotes, service information, and customer records.
Support the company's digital transformation, including waste-tracking, service-management, and compliance systems.
Maintain accurate records so that commercial, operational, and compliance data can be reviewed quickly.
Supplier, Subcontractor & Cost Checking
Assist with checking subcontractor pricing, supplier quotes, transport costs, and disposal fees.
Compare supplier costs against company pricing structures and project requirements.
Ensure supporting documents are saved and organised correctly.
Compliance & Administrative Support
Support documentation connected to ISCC, used cooking oil, grease trap waste tracking, and environmental service records.
Assist with the organisation of worksheets, signed client documents, photographs, service records, and related paperwork.
Provide structured updates and reports to the Group CEO when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
Experience using CRM, quotation, ERP, scheduling, or other business software would be an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organisation and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy department.
Confidence working with technical information, catalogues, pricing, and specifications.
A professional attitude and ability to handle confidential commercial information.
Willingness to learn Aluline's products, systems, and procedures.

Position Summary
The Senior Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) for Single-Use Technologies is a role within the sales organization of the BioProduction Group. This role will actively handle funnel opportunities for near-term revenue gains and develop new opportunities to build a strong a pipeline for future growth, while maintaining current business relationships and organic growth. This individual will apply their sales experience, bioprocess knowledge, product expertise, market intelligence, and territory leadership skills to grow sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Drives existing funnel of opportunities to accelerate closure rates
