Senior Account Manager - French Speaking

About the Job:
* This is an on-site role in Lisbon, where you'll collaborate with diverse professionals, learn fast, and grow in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow client portfolios via phone, email, or chat
* Provide smart advertising or marketing solutions tailored to business goals
* Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users
* Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease
* Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team
Requirements:
* Fluent French and English at B2 level or higher
* Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus, not a must
* Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people
* Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
* Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
