We have 450 employees in Paris, Lyon, Portugal & Germany.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES At Bedrock, the Account Manager plays a key role in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, supporting them in delivering and evolving their streaming strategy across product and technology. You will be at the heart of client collaboration, working in a dynamic, international environment and acting as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams. In this role, you will gain exposure to strategic topics in the streaming business scene while working closely with operational stakeholders who will support your development and help you achieve your goals.As Account Manager, you will:
Prepare and coordinate several strategic meetings with clients (e.g. Steering Committees)Support the management of the commercial relationship between clients and Bedrock (monthly billing, pricing additional requests, coordination with Finance on budgeting and financial planning)Ensure alignment with contractual and commercial terms in day-to-day client interactionsMonitor overall account health by analyzing performance, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives; deliver actionable insights to drive alignment and continuous improvementParticipate in operational meetings with clients and internal product and tech teams, representing client business priorities and ensuring contractual and commercial alignmentSkillsDemonstrated knowledge and interest in the streaming, tech and media industryExcellent communication skills, ability to engage effectively with both executive and operational stakeholders (verbal, written, presentations)Solid business acumen, ability to understand client objectives and identify value opportunitiesAbility to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a client-facing environmentStrong organizational and prioritization skillsCurious and adaptable, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMaster's degree preferably in business or in management2-3 years of professional experience in tech-driven environments, within a media company, or in consulting.
