Your Role Key responsibilities in your new roleAs a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and innovation within our sales operations by focusing on process optimization and automation, contributing to build sustainable and scalable sales processes. Additionally, you will support key operational Sales Operations tasks, such as RfQ handling, Account Clearing, and Sample Ordering, enabling smooth internal workflows and timely support for customer projects.Support Sales Operations tasks, including RfQ handling, Account Clearing, Sample Ordering, etc, to support seamless sales operations and ensure accurate and timely executionSupport in executing sales planning for selected business unitsDrive the optimization and automation of sales-related processes, enabling efficiency and scalability across the sales organizationDevelop and enhance tools using Excel, Tableau, and Infineon internal platforms to streamline workflows and improve data visualization and accessibilityAnalyze, adapt, and customize data reporting to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with client processes and objectivesDrive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, implementing innovative solutions, and aligning with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvementCollaborate with sales teams to validate and refine process and tool enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goalsYour Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You SucceedA degree in business administration, industrial or electronics engineering or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in sales, purchasing or on other position involving close customer contact (ideally in the automotive or semiconductor industry and in a big global acting company)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced mode), Tableau (or Power BI), SAP and database programsExperience with automation tools (ABBYY, DocuClipper, UiPath) is a plusHave good proficiency in English (German would be a plus)Have excellent analytical skills and are able to work with complex dataHave a technical understanding as well as in-depth commercial and communication skillsPlease send us your CV in EnglishContact Diogo Venâncio, LinkedInAs a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
