ROLE:
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the Elspec Europe technical support team, providing after-sales technical support to customers, agents and distributors across Europe. You will be the technical link between our customers and the product development team, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and optimal performance of our solutions in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide remote technical support (e-mail, phone, AnyDesk or similar) to European customers and partners.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware (G4/G5 analysers) and software (PQSCADA Sapphire).
- Support installation, configuration and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
- Produce technical reports, application notes and support documentation.
- Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and warranty processes.
- Collaborate with the technical team in Israel (Elspec Ltd.) on complex cases and product defects.
- Provide technical support to the sales team for proposals and technical specifications.
- Deliver technical training to customers and partners (online and on-site).
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
- Knowledge of electrical measurement systems, power quality or network protection (preferred).
- Experience with industrial communication protocols: Modbus TCP/RTU, IEC 61850, DNP3 (valued).
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking and network device configuration.
- English is mandatory;
other European languages are an advantage.
- Structured diagnostic approach, autonomy and ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and to Israel (manufacturer HQ).
