We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader – C and C++ Embedded Systems (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon) to join our internal team or client projects.
Requirements:
1. Hard Skills:
2. Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related field.
3. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a C/C++ developer.
4. Experience with MySQL databases and knowledge of Linux environments.
5. Valued knowledge in Python programming.
6. Passion for Development, Architecture, and Software Engineering.
7. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
8. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
10. Hands-on experience with embedded systems development and integration is a plus.
11. Knowledge of communication protocols is an asset.
12. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA is a plus.
