The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Main Tasks:
• Requirement formalization and Change Request cycle
• Use of BA best practices
• Tax Knowledge
• Contribute to pre analysis with Business
• Clarify, analyze from a critical and constructive perspective, and challenge the need expressed by the Business
• Formalize the functional requirements and have it validated by Business
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to IT Developers
• Contribute on functional testing activities and assist the Business in conducting user tests
• Follow the various phases of the projects/release
• Respect workflows, planning and deadlines and ensure a good level of reporting
Technical skills:
• Master's Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law;
• Minimum 4 years' financial industry experience with an emphasis on Tax activity;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Tax activity;
• Overall general IT knowledge and Custody are a plus;
