Pastry Chef Position
We are seeking a seasoned Pastry Chef to support our culinary team. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining consistency in pastry taste and presentation
* Setting up visually appealing displays
* Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree, at least 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or equivalent, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition to managing the pastry team, this role requires assisting with inventory management, ensuring proper storage and transportation of ingredients,team punctuality,, uniform standards,cleanliness in the kitchen. The successful candidate should be prepared for regular inspections.
