Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, your duties will include:
* Understanding business workflows and scenarios.
* Maintaining proper coverage during designated shifts.
* Picking up work and tasks received via email or other channels.
* Providing updates on issues and projects to team members and stakeholders.
* Documenting processes and training other team members.
* Shadowing colleagues to improve day-to-day platform coverage.
* Sharing knowledge within the team and documenting issues for better follow-up.
* Improving daily tasks by writing scripts and automating procedures.
* Contributing to post-release checkouts and identifying systemic issues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Basic knowledge of scripting languages, network environments, Windows, and Linux.
* Good understanding of SQL (Sybase, Oracle, or Microsoft) with at least two years of experience.
* ITIL understanding is a plus.
* Knowledge of Ansible is also beneficial.
* Fluency in English (at least B2 level).
