We offer a permanent part-time 20 hours Monday-Friday position for a passionate ECE Kaiako to:
1. Craft a magical learning environment that sparks curiosity and ignites a love for nature in our tamariki.
2. Embrace the spirit of play as the cornerstone for exploration, discovery, and social-emotional development.
3. Become a kaiako companion - building strong, nurturing relationships with tamariki, whānau and the wider hapori.
4. Weave sustainability practices into everyday experiences, fostering a love for the environment.
5. Collaborate with a supportive team to plan, assess, and document the tamariki learning journey.
We are seeking a kaiako who:
6. Champions Te Whāriki and is committed to bicultural practices.
7. Thrives in a multicultural environment and celebrates diversity.
8. Brings creativity and a love of play to early childhood education.
9. Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
10. Is a lifelong learner with a passion for professional development.
11. Qualified ECE Kaiako and hold a current practicing and first aid certificate.
