Senior AWS / Redshift Database Administrator
We are looking for a Senior AWS / Redshift Database Administrator to support and optimise mission-critical database platforms in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
* Administration and support of AWS RDS and Aurora (PostgreSQL & MySQL) and Amazon Redshift
* Database installation, configuration and lifecycle management
* Performance tuning, query optimisation and workload management
* 360° support of the database layer across multiple services and projects
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in AWS-based, mission-critical environments
* Strong hands-on experience with RDS/Aurora and Redshift
* Solid background in performance tuning and optimisation
Nice to have
* S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch
Working model
* Shift-based role (10h coverage, 5 days per week)
* On-call rotation (approx. one week per month)
* Hybrid Working - 2 Days onsite per week in Porto
