Your Role in Our Organization
You will lead a team of Business Development Executives and manage client and partner acquisition efforts across your assigned region. Your responsibilities will include:
* Deploying and managing your existing BD team to support aggressive market expansion goals.
* Defining clear KPIs and leading through data-driven performance tracking.
* Utilizing your network to onboard IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
* Driving volume, retention, and revenue through established and new relationships.
* Identifying opportunities in regional markets and developing go-to-market strategies that suit local client behaviors and regulatory landscapes.
* Providing guidance and support to your team, fostering a high-performance culture through mentoring, sales training, and regular feedback.
* Cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to align strategic goals and optimize partner experience.
What Success Looks Like
Achievement of team sales and acquisition KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
High-performing, motivated BD team with low turnover and high conversion rates.
Expansion of the IB/affiliate network in key regions.
Accurate and timely reporting with strategic input on market trends.
Positive internal collaboration across multiple departments.
Qualifications & Experience
You should have:
* 4–6 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
* Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or partner development.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience working with IBs, affiliates, and regional partners.
* Strong knowledge of Forex products, trading platforms (MT4, MT5), and sales tools.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Excel-based reporting.
* Deep understanding of client onboarding, retention strategies, and conversion funnels.
* Data-driven approach to forecasting, tracking, and optimization.

Please note that candidates with an existing team of BDs, IBs, or affiliates will be strongly preferred. The ability to mobilize a working team immediately is a key advantage.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and personal device. Occasional regional travel may be required.
